Offshore company in RAK (UAE) and offshore banking account

I am a resident of Serbia (in Europe, but does not belong to the EU).
I want to open an offshore company in RAK (UAE), Hong Kong or Singapore. I want to avoid opening an offshore company in the EU and the USA.
Beside offshore company, , I want to open an offshore banking account in the UAE or some other country on your recommendation, but not in the EU and the USA.
I need personal banking account (with debit card, crypto friendly) for transferring money from offshore company to my personal account.
I need a reliable agent who can do this quickly and efficiently. Because of Covid 19, I prefer to open a bank account remotely, without a physical presence (if its possible)
Any advice and information is welcome.

You wont be able to open a bank account in the UAE without going there but there maybe some EMI that will open an account for you

Thank you. EMI sounds good but has to offer debit card and crypto-friendly. Any?

you want to look into AdvCash they have a debit card that works well, they are crypto friendly and with a few tweaks they are very useful actually.
