Offshore company for online casino affiliate business, where to start?

I am considering oppening offshore company for my online advertising activities. I hold some sites like 365tip.com where I publish banners of different online bookmakers and casinos and earn from this advertising.


Could you pls suggest me which juresdiction and which package would be best for me and for advertising like this?

To clarify which jurisdiction may be the best choice in your case then I would‌ like to know, how do you receive your payments, means who is paying you, the‍ casino some affiliate system or ?

Also how much money do you expect to go⁠ into the account ?

I will receive payments from gambling-affiliation.com, some casino and bookmakers affiliate programs and second stream‌ of money is from website owners for link selling.

As for money I can not‍ say exacly my estimations is around 25.000 EUR in first year. Ok this budget so...⁠

I have a very similar situation, site related to betting only (no other types of‌ gambling) and affiliate programs with UK and non-UK sportsbooks. The money mostly comes from affiliate‍ programs with payment for advertisement here and there.

Will appreciate an advice on the jurisdiction⁠ and the best package for such a setup.

As long as it is ONLY advertising business then we can defiantly incorporate a Seychelles‌ company with bank account in the Seychelles, also there are a few other options available‍ in other jurisdictions so please so we can discuss further.

If it is‌ simple affiliate business for gambling website then it is possible to open a bank account‍ in the Caribbean, also it's perfectly fine with a Seychelles or Cyprus company.

Maybe it is out of your area, but how does setting up a company in‌ Cyprus affect my ordinary residence in my current EU country. A tax treaty exists between‍ my current country and Cyprus.

If you can prove the company to be managed and controlled in Cyprus which most‌ often is done by appointing nominees then you must pay in Cyprus and not in‍ any other EU country, that's actually how the DTA works.
