Offshore company for escrow service, would you trust?

I was wondering if a Belize company would offer a Escrow service say for bitcoins or other crypto currency what would make you believe them not to speak trust them with your money?

What offshore jurisdiction would you trust an escrow service to be in?

If you setup the company in Belize or Seychelles or even St. Kitts forget it,‌ I would not put my money there!
