Its always the same answer, there is "no best" when it comes to offshore Company formation. It is you business we talking and depending on the activity of the Company, the goals and many other factors one offshore jurisdiction may be better than the other.

Well for the business description / activity you gave it actually doesn't matter where you locate the company it can either be the BVI or Cyprus, there are other factors that may be investigated for a final decision.

For simple e-com business with a low volume a BVI company can be sufficient or if you live in a country where you can't make use of double tax treaty as of what Cyprus offers.

I found that a BVI Holding company for a Cyprus company may be the right solution for my purpose. I safe taxes and stay anonymous.
