Reading all through this forum I understand that I can register a company in Belize ( I don't get it clear if it must be Belize or it can be anywhere else?) and open an bank account in Cyprus!

Must it be in Cyprus the banking take place or can it be any other jurisdiction considering that I want to signup for an 2checkout.com account?

If I succeed with the account opening at 2co do you know if the same will Work with a normal Merchant account for credit Card processing?

Any offshore company but Cyprus bank account... it's simple as that.

Belize + Cyprus bank account works! +1 from Spain thu&¤#

You want to go with something that‍ people actually tried and so far I can only say Belize works in this case.

Setting up a 2co account this way works. You just need to get some documents‌ which you can find in the mentor group if you upgrade your account.

Cyprus works for this purpose.. By now I know that it does 😉

Thank you.‌ I will try to sort it out with that. Chatting with Admin now for an‍ Cyprus Company for this purpose.

It can be done with many other jurisdictions if you have the paperwork done‍ right!!

I read in another thread from @auric or @suzy that it is possible to get‌ 2co to approve a Belize offshore company as account holder with Cyprus bank account to‍ receive your money. Can one of you confirm this please?

You can open a Belize company and get your accoutn verified with the docs already‌ mentioned to get from auric! I have something working there and processing a few thousands‍ a month no further complications so far! 🙂

I have still an‌ account setup almost the same way and it works fine. No problems at all. I'm‍ not doing a lot of transactions through the account but enough to make a living from it 😉

If you are living in Canada can you register your cyprus company an dbank with‌ 2checkout? Are they like paypal where you have to confirm you live in Cyprus? What‍ documents are required?

You will need darks from @auric to get this done. I would say you have to speak with him to find a solution that match.

I really hate having the idea from what I read so many of our businesses‌ hinge on 2CO in case they decide to changes rules. Any ideas they will? Risk‍ management will kick in at some point.
