Offshore company and banking in Andorra still good?

Would be of interest to me to know if banking and offshore company formation in Andorra stil is a valid and good option for asset portection and reduce my tax burden?

I believe it depends on what your goals are you try to achieve. The privacy‌ protection in Andorra is similar to that in Gibraltar and similar semi offshore jurisdictions.
