Very interesting article for one who plan to incorporate their company in the bvi. There is a lot more to do in researching this island but the article here learns you some of the basics about a bvi offshore company.

There are lot of changes in the BVI so in the major offshore jurisdictions... if‌ one want to jump on this train he better do it now, seems things are‍ getting much more complicated in the near future, not just with this offshore- but with⁠ all jurisdictions.
