While I was looking around to find out more about Offshore Banking and Offshore banks in general, I was stumbling on this website Private Banking Directory Wealth Management Offshore Banking Investment they provide information about banks all around the World, you can even find contact details on certain banks.


Looks to me like a reliable source to find the offshore bank you might be looking for.
