Offshore bank account without visiting the bank, can it be done?

Depends on where you want to bank, if the Seychelles or Cyprus may be an option then you don't have to visit the bank to open an account there.. all of them offer multi currency bank accounts, English e-banking and a Visa Debit card which can be used in any ATM worldwide.

I want to bank in Cyprus but afraid of what the tax auth. will find out that I have an account there, any input?

Also the banks in Cyprus do not require you to visit them, everything is handled online.

So no need to visit Cyprus and everything in regards to opening the bank account can be handled by e-mail that's really good news:thumbsUp:
 
There are hundred of banks around the globe who will open the bank account remote so Belize, Seychelles, Cyprus, Panama, BVI, IoM and so on. You will face problems in Hong Kong, Germany, and most part of Europe.
