Offshore bank account options for a 100% legitimate non-profit?

What are some good options for a US non-profit? US banks are a nightmare to deal with when you are overseas, so I would like to get a new bank account overseas. I would prefer some with decent privacy laws and a somewhat stable government.

What you are looking for is over! Or shall we say you need a large budget to achieve this! Only possible option may be to setup some anonymous EMI if you know how to do that or bank account but it's not legal.
