Can it be done to open a offshore bank account & offshore company without signing for the bank account?


If so, what bank and which offshore jurisdiction is available?

It can be done you just need a lot of money to accomplish this, beside the money you will need some other entities who will sign for the account, it is a expensive and complicated process.

Why do you need a nominee director to sign on the bank application if the beneficial owner has to sign as well, normally the director's signature is enough to sign on behalf of the company?
