Offline Debit Card

Hi everybody

Great place to be,

I am trying to setup a offshore structure for investment funds.

Does anybody has experience which banks and in which jurisdiction I will be able to process offline debit cards and are there special precidures to receive this kind of payments.

You may check in Belize, there you can get the cheapest financial license as it is right now. For less than year ago the costs were only USD 50,000 but today it is still USD 150,000 so it's not cheap, but it is cheaper compared to other countries and specific Cyprus where the required capital is roughly EUR 500,000

Did not get anywhere yet.

Still working on getting the real story from the customer to see what the best solution will be.

I am close so 🙂))
