Off the shelve Account

Any idea how I can get ready made or off the shelve bank account in Asia and Europe. Preferable Hong Kong for Asia and Europe any country within the SEPA region.

I need full access and account security credentials sent via post. By this I mean, I do not need to update or change any information and should be able to do international wire.

I'm frequently in need of this. If you have anything of such or can provide this frequently let me know in PM and cost.
