Banned after raising concerns — private messages read, no refund for lifetime membership​

I paid for a “lifetime” membership on OffshoreCorpTalk (OCT), a forum claiming to support free speech and open discussion on offshore business. Instead, I was banned permanently after raising concerns about moderation abuse and reports that administrators read users’ private messages without consent.

OCT’s owners operate anonymously and do not disclose this surveillance in their Terms or Privacy Policy—a serious breach of trust. After my ban, no refund was offered, despite my account being terminated without explanation.

The site presents itself as a principled community, but it’s run with arbitrary censorship and no accountability. Posts are deleted if they challenge the moderators or financial interests behind the forum.

They also appear to offer unlicensed escrow services in USDT/USDC, exposing users to regulatory and financial risks.

This is not a trustworthy platform. Users have no protection, no privacy, and no recourse.

What you don't see is Jesus is looking all over his Kingdom, the lord helps him to collect all the good and wave the bad. Jesus may love all of us, he is our father, he is the call of jupiter who can help the bad to survive.

and translate it. Koos Couvée from ACAMS openly admits it’s used as a source of information.
But of course, sharing such information on OFC will be immediately censored and deleted — all in the name of free speech, of course…
