Nominee director and shareholder, how much privacy I get?

I wonder how much privacy I get by appointing a nominee director and shareholder for my Seychelles or Belize company?


What I'm looking for is total privacy, no one who is able to trace back the company to me, possible? Legit business no crime 🙂

It's required several court orders to get such information. So it is almost impossible.

So what you say is that it isn't possible to retrieve real ownership of a‌ offshore company if a nominee director and shareholder is inserted AND everything is legit?

As I have read all around the net and as well this forum, by appointing‌ nominees your privacy is almost 110% protected and it's almost impossible to gain beneficial owner‍ information.

Yeah, I see, put a Trust and foundation in the top of the structure and‌ full nominee service in all IBS' and your privacy and anonymity is granted. Real great‍ way to protect all of it.

IBS = IBC - Seychelles or Belize IBC - just to avoid confusion.

I heard that there is no Belize IBC it's just a Belize company or corporation‌ one can form.

As explained and already suggested here. Appoint nominees is the ultimate privacy level one can‌ get for their offshore company. They will protect you from your identity to be revealed‍ and makes it a pain for any authority to trace beneficial ownership.

Aren't costs add up doing so? I mean it's much more expansive to appoint or⁤ insert nominee director and shareholder rather than be a director or shareholder yourself?!

Ofcourse appointing nominees are costly and you have to pay additionally for them, but⁠ if privacy matters it is worth the money for sure! I have nominees for almost⁤ all my entities for years, no problems or issues with tax authority at all yet!!⁣ 😀
