3 months ago i was searching how to set my e-commerce website company. I heard about Offshore but didn't know much about it.
I order 3 times companies and i was scam until i found this great forum with all knowledge you need to get your own Offshore company.
To return to this great community i write a quick guide for newbies. This is base on my short knowledge of 3 months. I am not an expert but i can give you good direction from where to start.
A. What i really need?
Company structure (Company + Merchandise Account + Bank Account) isn't like buy a pear of pens. It is custom made, take time and depend on you need.
You want to be able to get money from your client to your pocket with minimum costs.
Cash flow: User -> Merchandise Account -> Bank Account -> ATM -> YOUR POCKET.
B. Anonymity Level
If you need anonymity they are 3 levels:
1. No public record - Like Seychelles/Belize company that public can't access company owner/shareholder.
2. Nominee services - A person that put is name on paper and give you POW to do all actions in company. Very expansive service, and with any small problem, this person will give your name to authorizes.
3. Dark docs - Fakes documents best anonymity solution, using a person that don't exist. Dark is for DarkNet where you can find this docs.
C. PayPal
Allot of users use PayPal for buy stuff online but for sellers, PayPal is a pain in a*s.
If you don't must have it, don't ask for it. It much more deficit and expansive to get structure with PayPal approve business account.
You can use 2CheckOut services to get PayPal form clients without need to own a PayPal account.
D. Bank account
Traditional bank account require much more effort that a EMI (E-Money Institution) account.
On traditional bank account you can't normally use a Seychelles/Belize company and you can't stay anonymous. You can't use with traditional bank Nominee services or Dark docs. They will find out.
EMI accounts give you all you need exactly like traditional bank but you can't really trust them with 10M$. Best EMI are LeuPay.eu , WorldCore, AdvCash. This company give fees much cheaper than banks and you can stay anonymous while using them for years.
Finally
If you need a real PayPal account and traditional bank account, you need to buy:
Cyprus Company + Cyprus bank account + PayPal account = €4,000+, will take more than 1 month. Renewal every year € 1'500. I order an account like that, wait more than 40 days and still didn't get it.
If you don't need a traditional bank and want to use 2CheckOut to get credit card & PayPal from you clients, you need to buy:
St. Kitts and Nevis/Seychelles/Belize company + 2CheckOut + LeuPay = €1,500~ including dark docs and 1 month of work. Renewal every year €650
I still can't recommend you from where to order because i am waiting to get my order. Will update when i got it.
