New Mexico LLC?

Hi guys,

I have been searching for a setup for asset protection and anonymity and eventually ended up with the New Mexico LLC being the best option.

But I have some final questions:

1. Are banks okay with a NM LLC? Or not since there are no names in the operating agreement?
2. I read that Wyoming LLCs are not asset protected when owned by a foreigner. Is this the same with a NM LLC?
3. How well does NM protect assets? And for optimal protection would I need an operating agreement?
3. Is anything reported back to Europe? I mean the LLC is private, but the bank account is not and I prefer not to trigger audits.
4. Can I open an IBKR account with a NM LLC?
5. When I open a bank and earn interest on my funds, would I have to pay taxes for this in the USA or in my home country?

You won't get anonymity against the tax authorities with such a setup, let that be said already.
