Does anyone know of a reputable merchant that will accept a uk company with charge backs 2 - 3% monthly turnover £300k ?

You can try WireCard.Com or http://www.safecharge.com/ both are two well known processors for European companies‌ and they accept Cyprus companies if that should be relevant.

I forgot there is also High Risk Merchant Account | Durango Merchant Services I know‌ these guys for many years.. if they can't help you contact them and ask them‍ for alternatives.
