Does anyone know of a reputable merchant that will accept a uk company with charge backs 2 - 3% monthly turnover £300k ?

You can try WireCard.Com or http://www.safecharge.com/ both are two well known processors for European companies and they accept Cyprus companies if that should be relevant.
