Hey everyone

so happy to discover this forum! Been looking for this type of community‌ for a long time and finally found one.
I'm currently residing in Malta. Been here‍ for 6 years and enjoying the effective 5% tax rate - good times!

However, things are a bit bad in Malta at the moment and I'm looking to relocate to⁤ southern Spain. If there are people who have managed to optimize their worldwide income tax⁣ in Spain (Beckham law) and lover the wealth tax, I would like to hear from⁢ you.
I on the other hand can share information regarding Malta, both pro's and cons.︀

Can you share reason for leaving Malta???

Explain "Bad" ??

What are cons and pros‌ living in Malta

Recent greylisting, banking is impossible here, whether it is business or personal, I want to‌ move some of my business assets outside of Malta and hopefully lower the load of‍ constant KYC and compliance costs.

You really think Spain will be better⁤ for doing business from? That's a new one for me. Beckham law is not really⁣ that good and is limited. See Beckham law thread.

What sort of business you do? Banking has been difficult for︂ a while and grey listing I don't suppose will help much now.

P.S Welcome aboard︃ thu&¤#

Thanks!

I'm in affiliate marketing. Some of the sites are in regulated⁣ markets while others are in the grey markets...
I know that the Beckham law is⁢ not really applicable to businesses.

My way of thinking was to move the regulated sites︀ and parts of the business to Spain. It's easier to hire people from/to Spain. Also,︁ it would be as a backup in case everything goes to s**t in Malta 😀
Anyway, this is just an idea that I had recently. I got pitched by a company︂ that helps with these sorts of setups. Just wanted to know if here's anyone who've︃ done it already 🙂
