Nevada vs Delaware

Been reading alot about setting up Nevada corporation recently and i realized its kinda safer there compared to Delaware. Any suggestions about its viability for running adult streaming services privately?

I must confess‍ i'm just aware of it. However, i'm somewhat skeptical about how TRULY PRIVATE it is,⁠ considering US notorious reputation for spying. Perhaps dark dorks wouldn't be a bad idea.
