Need to know about offshore company setup?

Hello happy people 🙂

I'm totally new to all of it, really new!! I don't understand how you guys setup offshore companies and claim them to be 100% anonymous?? I have read about all the restrictions, the documents and the information I have to provide to just register a simple offshore company anywhere!

So when they have my passport, utility bill, tax resident number and much more information why do you call it anonymous? How can you be sure that they never hand over the information to a 3rd party?

How do you accomplish to setup a bank account and feel comfortable? the bank knows all your personal information and they are going to report you each year?

How are you all doing it, pleas explain for a noob 🙂 ?
