There is a company which rent them for 10% so i use these accounts without any issue and without paying any fee upfront

Used the company you referred and lost a lot of money with them + all their stripe accounts banned left and right.

Care to expand? You mean rented account guys didn't pay you? Or, are you talking about service providers mentioned above?

I can see quite a few issues with rented accounts. Especially because it will attract very shady people. Same like how it is with shared IPs on ESPs.
