Need offshore company for online store but don't know where to start help!!

I want to start an online store selling business cards and other printing services, as many others, then I have no interest to may more tax than necessary.


I want to use PayPal, Moneybookers and Alertpay as payment method, so where do I have to start and where to incorporate?


I will need a offshore bank account too, no merchant account is required.


Any help is much appreciated 🙂

I would recommend you a Cyprus company and Cyprus VPN / VPS that will help‌ you to avoid to pay any tax! The Cyprus company will need to be registered‍ offshore and you need nominees.

Is it required to accept PayPal to sell online? I consider a Seychelles company and‌ that is not allowed by PP so I consider to use Liberty Reserve?

Defiantly not, if you don't need PayPal you can just use another⁠ company. PayPal is just a great alternative to all other payment methods and it can⁤ increase sales.
