Need help with company formation for UAE payment processing.

I'm looking for someone/service that can guide me with setting up a company structure to get payment processors in EU and US for ecommerce purposes.
Currently have a UAE company.

You could setup a simple UK LTD with a provider that is able to provide‌ you with a utility bill for the company if required.

Most often a simple UK‍ LTD let you open a merchant account for payment processing with most EU providers. It⁠ all depends on your nationality, what business you are into and how you get setup.⁤
