I need help to get access to a payment gateway, it is crucial that we have a good tos, privacy policy and refund policy in order to have that, and we do not have those,

Yes I would use ChatGPT but if you insist on having a person do it‌ I will look at Fiverr or Upwork

Most small/startup businesses (that don't pay a lawyer to write these documents for them) use‌ templates, ChatGPT, and/or manufacture their own based on copy-pasting from various other companies. Don't copy-paste‍ a T&C or policy verbatim as that's easy to spot and in many jurisdictions a⁠ copyright violation.
