Need feedback from Delaware LLC owners

Hi,

1. Even if you are non-resident and your business are foreign sourced and that‌ you would owe no tax to US IRS, are you still required to file taxes?‍

2. How was your experience with the filing and proving to IRS that your income⁠ are foreign-sourced and is thus tax-free?

I'm asking because Hong Kong companies exempts taxes on⁤ foreign income too, but the tax bureau gives massive problems during annual filing, such that⁣ you would incur considerable cost and risk in proving tax exemption.

I wish to understand⁢ what's the real situation on the ground for Delaware LLCs.
