Need Cyprus holding company no business activity!

Hi,


I need a Cyprus Holding company since it is a holding then it will not have any activity other than to hold shares and stocks in other companies.


Can this be done and can I open a bank account for the company even though it will only have maybe 10 transactions a year?

Sure why should that not be possible, there is no one who force you to do business also not with a Cyprus Holding company! Actually many have a Cyprus Holding for the only purpose to hold shares or assets in other companies around the world. Also the banks in Cyprus will not have any issues with this activity also not with the few transactions you mentioned.

In other words say I have no activity and say I don't want to trade but rather slowly move my assets into the Holding during a 2 years period then it would be OK, can you suggest a good lawyer to help with the paperwork?
