Just wondering if my business is considered offshore while my website is hosted offshore but my company is located in Spain ?


What I need to know is if I have to pay any tax in Spain since my website if offshore and therefore my business should also be offshore or not?

No your business is not considered offshore you will have to register a company in an offshore jurisdiction, thats why it is called offshore company.... to have your servers or website hosted offshore is a good step in the right direction now get your company registered offshore too and you are good and can get rid of the tax
