Firstly, I found this forum over a year ago, while looking for how to setup a bank account with darks.
I am naturally careful and like to get things done right with little patience (I hate delays like wait 3days for manual verifications). So to start with I got a UK passport hardcopy but it has fictitious name and date of birth. So I decided to get get AdvCash, Xapo and Mistertango,Segoxiia I succeeded in all 4 with darks before Mistertango ever thought of video verifications and AdvCash never asked for selfie can't remember if it was required then but I remember using @negon to make me a Drivers License as one of the EMI needed two forms of ID. I failed with LeoPay because I could send a selfie and didn't know how to get a selfie for a fictitious passport photo.
I wanted to setup a bank and got it going with @negon long story short, I lost over 800 EUR with him with claims that bank opening is not guaranteed and little feedback from him or updates plus it was slow that I got tired and let things slide. However he helped setup a company for me in Belize which i never used because I needed it for the bank account.
So I became a seasoned visitor to this forum until now. I wanted to setup a business with darks a hosting company so I googled and read a lot here and wanted to pay no one or pay minimal fees since I could do many things myself.
So in the past two months here is what I have done.
I made another passport with fictitious name and dob but with a real person, My little friend whom I paid around 300 usd to do whatever I want in terms of selfie, video verification etc. For my proof of address I used old one i had the first time changing the name and address with date. (Please when you edit documents on your system don't use them directly by submitting to EMI or so. Print and scanned it before uploading. It help prevent meta data stored in the documents like last modified date, geo data etc.)
So far, I have done Paysera, LeoPay, Paycent with successfully. I was rejected in Transferwise, Skrill, Mistertango, Localbitcoins, Amazon and Revolut. Notice all where I succeeded they needed Video Verification except for paycent which works with selfie and you have upload options.
For all where I failed, they used Jumio/Netverify. For sometime this troubled me, I wondered how dey detect my documents etc and gave up till recently . I know they are not difficult because I read somewhere here that your IP must be residential and must be in same location of your ID/Passport.
So why did I try many EMI because I wanted to see which would work and needed unique IBAN and crypto currency friendly EMI so I miss Mistertango for this.
For company/business account I have succeeded with Paysera which is not bitcoin friendly but good for online payment processing with credit card. For LeoPay i couldn't get company because I needed UTR which my UK company registra hasn't been able to give me they never respond to email or calls so I may never get it.
I know about web development so I bought template and made my website myself a professional one and it works perfectly because Paysera needs to see a site
I used a uk company because it cost less than 100 pounds for me and I thing tax wouldn't be a problem since I used darks for all accounts.
Final tip:
Avoid VPNs -- Use Residential IP providers can be very expensive.
Phone numbers - Buy sim from Ebay and if you check leopay you will see by country some you can top up yourself.
For address: I use mostly uk because I have friends there so they just give me their address and i pay 100 GBP because they like money and anyways in uk you always receive letters address to different people who probably lived there once so no issues with authorities of anything goes wrong so long as my friend always send letter to me so it is as good as the letter never arrived because i use cheap options like regular mail or ups which doesn't require signature from them to receive my cards.
Hey, if you ever need my kind of passport i can get done for $750 excluding shipping fee all you need is a passport photo name and signature to use in making the hard copy and if you want visas on it this is possible.
Also, In America these passports can be used to open acccount with BOA if you have the guts to walk into the bank because they just compare you and photo on it and worst case they make a photocopy. This is because America allow visitors to own account without SSN for now so long as you have proof of address in USA which could be darks.
