Shame as all the Russians I've‍ hired on there were good to work with.

Upwork based in the USA, one of⁠ the Western countries that claim one of the cornerstones of their fantastic liberal democracy is⁤ that it does not ascribe collective guilt to an entire group, race or ethnicity of⁣ people. Sure!

Same for me, upwork russian programmists are good and honest in‍ contrast to indians for example... at least from my experience
