@op in theory, Dukascopy Bank may work for you - AFAIK from my personal experience, you can create multiple IBAN accounts from within internet banking.
Limits are really low though...

Really? I was under impression that this feature was not offered anymore 🙁 But perhaps I was wrong.
Yes, this is the problem with Dukascopy. But the limits can be raised, AFAIK; however it is not easy and simple and takes some time.
Update: @12345, your input pushed me to recall that Flowbank was also offering a possibility to have several IBANs for the same currency︀ under the same account. But I must admit I do not know whether it persists;︁ perhaps worth checking. (Flowbank also onboards on-line.)
Erratum: It was @FinTech Avenger's input that︂ inspired me. (Somehow it is not possible to edit the post, perhaps because it was︃ merged with a previous one... 🙁 )

As a Swiss resident, you should be able to pop in at Credit Suisse (or any other real bank) and easily open an account for your Swiss company. You don't need to resort to CIM and similar rubbish.
