Money making online by using Offshore company as entity?

I need to know for a friend of mine if a small Internet business doing some small money online (aprox £3000 - 5000 / month) would benefit from forming a offshore company either in the Seychelles or Cyprus?


What bank account would you recommend him to open? Offshore / onshore?

Did you friend asked his payment processor or affiliate program to which country restrictions they‌ may have? there you will have your answer maybe.

Would say the same. IF he is using affiliate programs like click bank then they‌ accept a Seychelles company so I would look into the options of incorporating such an‍ entity.

Seychelles company for money making programs are seen many times before. Also for these silly‌ ponzy scheme investment programs.

But then you have to do accounting and tax reporting! You‍ don't need that with a real offshore company.

UK is fine, problem is accounting and tax reporting... I found a solution to use‌ a Seychelles corp.
