Has anybody tried processing with Misterpay.com before? Are they reliable? Any feedback will be appreciated.

Thanks!
Rain

I dont think this is legal. They support hosted direct api => PCI DSS required, but they dont have SSL on their website, using shared Cloudflare SSL

Offshore payment processors tend to use offshore banks for their merchant-accounts. Here the frightening "whitelisting" comes into play. Whitelisting came up in 2014 and allows only certain banks (mostly domestic only) to charge credit cards. Which Banks are allowed to charge a creditcard of a customer is controlled by the bank of the customer. So, as someone with an offshore merchant account, you will have some troubles to charge your customers (not all but some).

Depends very much what you consider to be offshore! For some UK is offshore for others it is local.

Well UK has a couple global well respected banks. If you have a merchant account there, you won't have so many problems regarding whitelisting.
