I’ll join it tonight⁠ and hopefully it will be helpful. The reason why I mentioned it is because it⁤ will enable cash out or trading it with bitcoins and less use of the company⁣ bank account(s).

Where are you based? Where are your customers? What cryptos are you exchanging? Do you‍ hold customer funds? Do you provide a service or just technology? Do you provide advice?⁠

The answer depends on the myriad combinations of these questions. Even then, it is often⁤ uncertain due to incompetent or unscrupulous regulators and lawmakers.
