MasterCard/VISA for HK company

I need a virtual/physical card for a HK entity. Need to have no spent limits and 3D secure by SMS.

I see Currenxie dont have a card yet. NEAT have low limits. I dont know if they have better limits now?

Is there other alternatives than NEAT for HK company?

Another option might be CIM Banque. I believe they still accept HK companies, and they have a wide range of card products.
