I am looking for an offshore bank where I can safely deposit USD directly through a on-line sales merchant account or via Paypal. The potential deposits could total 5 million or more.
I am not looking to evade taxes or do anything illegal. However, I do not want to keep this money in a Belizean bank as there are restrictions for USD account holders and I may not be able to get the money out easily.
A trustworthy bank in the Caribbean or central America would be best. I would rather not have to travel to Singapore or some other far-flung place.
