I am not sure if you know what are you asking for”¦ How would you want to be the owner of the account? You need to go through a proper KYC when you become a signatory

It is possible to buy ready-made bank accounts. But they won't last long if you don't do a warm up. I have spoke with a few guys about it already. Some want to put 2 million through the account from the beginning. It is a no brainer that you can't do that.

Still I do not understand the concept of today's ready-made account. Ready for what? To transfer it to someone else or keep it and launder money through it as a nominee of the buyer?

The latter is what these accounts are used for. Hiding behind someone else is what these accounts are useful for. They have a limited life time, but other it works well for people.

Use them at your own risk.

You hit it. Yes it is for such purpose which make it extremally dangerous for anyone to sell such accounts.
