Looking for Company/Payment Manger

Some of you saw maybe my Thread before.
I'm running a profitable Business and I have a lot to do, I cannot manage everything. And thus here are some people they have experience.
I would like to make an offer, with a Revenue Share of some percent if you can handle these things for me.

Business Revenue:
Between 1 and 2 Million per year. So, it would be profitable if you get some percent of all.

What is required?
- Company Registration (anonymously)
- Access to Credit Card processors (multiple)
- PayPal
- Long term

These three things are required.
