Looking for Company Formation & Bankaccount with darks

Hi Guys,

I've set up some Shops for a business with retail products and shipping from abroad to europe. And I'm going to setup a Frontshop for these Shops.

I'm looking for a Provider for Company Formation & Bankaccount & eventually Payment Service that can deliver these with Darks.

Looking forward to get some PMs or start a discussion here.

Better to use a Nominee than darks. At least a Nominee can fight a block with original verifiable ID.
Darks will only get you so far.

Can you care to share where would you like this or it is indifferent? Bank account for example, not every country is the same. Or are we talking about EMIs (digital banks)?

I agree with @CaptK, darks for these setups sometimes are overcomplicating.

@CaptK Yes i think an nominee is a good idea in order to keep businesss running in case of a block.

But for the Formation of the Company i need to send some documents also, or is it possible get the company and bankacc all in the name of the nominee without providing darks?

@otcable Since i want to sell to european customers i need to accept creditcard and sepa. The Company can be in any jurisdiction which makes sense for that. About EMIs I'm not sure if they are as durable and reliable as regular bankaccounts?

I don't think that is true if you know what it is you are doing. I have verified an account and made a selfie verification with darks without the person sit beside me now do I know them 😀 It is hard to get this work but spending almost two weeks try and fail method it is possible.

@erni so you verified an emi? account with scanned docs and selfie but without video ident ? Can i ask for the provider of the account?

@CaptK Ok i think thats the way to go in order to focus on the business itselft without spending too much time on verifing accounts... thx
