I have met with some company formation providers and all of them are more than happy to set up a company structure.
But when I ask them more information on how to transfer this company or it's assets without paying loads of taxes they fall silent.
Does anyone know a trusted accountant / tax specialist for the Dutch market?
Anyone with experience in international structures.
I can not go to a random accounting firm and explain them I am looking for loopholes.....
I guess best to PM me if this person does not want to be too public about it.
