Looking for a corporate bank account in Germany HSBC bank

Looking for having a corporate bank account in Germany HSBS bank. I can buy a company, everything is negotiable. Only Germany, not interested in other countries.

The company can be of any country, but the bank must be only the German HSBС.

The request has changed a bit because it is very difficult to find specifically in Germany.

Looking for a corporate bank account with HSBC (+ company) in any country, willing to consider even with our arrival for re-registration.

@diskoteka I think it would have been fruitful for everybody if you posted a bit more of the whole story at the beginning. We have many questions here in the forum which lack any deeper information required to actually help.

What do you actually need? I think a good starting point would be to ask like this:

I have a business partner who is only willing to collaboarte if I have a HSBC bank account for my company. I am a resident of [country]. I would need a company in [list of jurisdictions, countries of incorporation] with a HSBC Corporate Bank Account in [list of acceptable countries where HSBC offers accounts].

Could you maybe complete above and then we may be able to help you or not.

We have a business partner who is willing to cooperate only if we have a bank account with HSBC. We are residents of Germany and Romania. We need a company in any of these jurisdictions: USA, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Germany, etc. The main thing! with HSBC corporate bank account.

The best solution is if it will be Germany, but we are not very hopeful on that anymore and so we decided to look in any jurisdiction

@AdH can you help? HSBC Germany can still open such accounts?

How about a UK company?

HSBC Hong Kong can open accounts but it won't be cheap as you'll have to pay for a yearly audit and most likely you'll also need a work permit in order for HSBC to be more open to you.

And the next question would be - Have you contacted HSBC Hong Kong to see if they can open a business account for you?
Sorry for the sarcasm) We are looking for an off-the-shelf solution or real help in opening one.
You can look at their terms and conditions on their website, where it says that the company must be already operating and for more than one year.

I never had issues opening HSBC accounts for companies open for just a few months. It usually is a bit YMMV with HSBC but if your case is solid, you will get it.

It you want ready made solutions, @AdH is the guy you want. He charges accordingly.

Trial and error is free and that's when I am happy to help. I am not working here, I am doing this for free for people that are eager to try.

Thank you so much for your help! We applied in Germany, Hong Kong and Indonesia. And everywhere about the same conditions, plus minus. minimum 2 years of company in Indonesia, in Hong Kong 3 years, if I'm not mistaken, etc. It's not suitable for us, because there are no companies like that.

You are welcome. I think in this case, a Hong Kong shelf company would be best. But just fyi I have sees Hong Kong companies getting HSBC account within weeks of opening. What is the expected profit of the venture once you have the account (just a rough estimate as the amount definitely makes a difference on how much effort / fees are possible)?
