I am looking for a company to buy in Jersey, Guernsey or the Isle of Man. This because it is impossible for me to open a company there.

For what reason do you want these jurisdictions specifically? I've heard they're a regulatory nightmare nowadays and that you shouldn't touch them at all unless you NEED to.
