If I make an off-shore company, do I have to have a local office and hire locals from that particular place? Or can I just have it done only in paperwork, without hassles?

Interesting question will hang on here 🙂

Anybody running beats anybody walking, and anybody walking beats anybody sitting.

You will just need to send everything electronically to your Offshore Agency thats it, pretty easy and fast. no need to have a real office anywhere.

Yes as mentioned here and also in a few articles which from time to time are posted here, you do not need to have a local work force to go offshore with your company.

Offshore companies need only to be incorporated in an offshore jurisdiction once this is done you can conduct business in any part of the world through this company and even safe TAX and protect your assets.

Hey, I don't make the news. I only report it! 😎

I agree with this, but it will depend on what the purpose for the offshore company is.
