This is NOT true! I live in China now and I've been coming to China for decades. Jack Ma was caught trying to bring "Western financial democracy and rent-seeking feudalism" to China. A special unit did a sneak & peek on him and then seized all of his things and confronted him. Jack Ma is just the Chinese version of Benedict Arnold.
Jack Ma got off easy! I would have ended his life by torturing him for the next 10000 years, but that is me...I am a really peace-loving guy, 🤣 but selling his own kind because he has an inferiority complex and yearns to be accepted by "white Anglo-Saxons " (maybe like some of us) is a NO-NO. Tomorrow, e.g. the Aliens become more powerful and he'll sell us out to the Aliens, too.

I remain skeptical that the Chinese government is truthful about the actual reasons this happened. Bottom line: Jack Ma did something the government where he resides didn’t like and, despite his wealth, had his assets seized and disappeared from sight for a while. That’s a risk everyone faces, no matter where you live, to varying degrees.

It’s absolutely true that China is a hard place. I won’t even accept flight connections through Hong Kong due to the risk of being arrested by the Chinese government.

China is the EASIEST and most profitable country for me! China would NEVER work for ANY of my family members! Not a single one of them! I can't think of a single friend I have who would thrive in China. Not even one! 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

China is INDEED a VERY hard place for MOST Westerners or Western-colonized vassal state citizens. On the other forum, I had mentioned how the head of the Chinese SFDA, equivalent to the FDA and EMEA, tried to extort money from me, and then wrote in his diary that I was a stingy POS Gweilo (=white Devil; it's a pejorative noun for us white Europeans) and I should NOT be allowed to register ANY generics or biogenerics in China. Eventually, with NO help of mine, of course (I don't know who is who so I don't complain or protest, since this can backfire), he got EXECUTED by the Chinese government. China executes ex-head of food and drug agency! I guess, based on your previous comment, he wasn't extended his well-deserved "pass" for his ill-gotten wealth like Epstein and his pals. 😎

PS. Just last week, China executed 14 child molesters. Two of them were RICH AF and had lots of political connections. They "spied" on them for months and audio & video recorded every single violation. Good riddance to them 🤣🤣

I am working on this on why I made the decision, but as I mentioned before, it had to do with @JohnnyDoe, @Wellington, and a few others of you who browbeat me into returning to swap all my stablecoins and FIAT to Bitcoin (and some Monero to dribble the nosey public servants 🤣 🤣 🤣 ). My assistants/interpreters here are helping me with some points. Although I speak the language fluently now, it's a HUGE difference when a REAL AUTHENTIC Chinese calls on WeChat or shows up at a factory. Huge difference! ***THIS***, ***THIS*** reality will PISS off +99.9999% of Westerners....INCLUDING myself! The ONLY reason, I was FORCED to swallow this and take it in the ARS3 is because the guy I worked for decades ago was an Italian Haute Couture Capo who I had GREAT respect for (and fear 🤣) and who ordered me to keep my mouth shut at ALL times! For fear of disappointing him and being ostracized and penniless, I acquiesced to his order. I'll explain this later in the "Why China for me and why now" article.

What most foreigners do is marry a Chinese girl (I would NOT recommend that under ANY circumstances...personally***), and then they go about learning the language little by little over the years.


*** One thing China does NOT have for me is "females" I am attracted to - If I were younger, I would NEVER EVER move to China due to the lack of mating partners that would meet my "taste" test. In coming to China for decades, I have NEVER EVER seen a Chinese girl I was attracted to. Not a single one. To be fair, I have NEVER EVER met an Asian girl even in the West I was attracted to, so I guess I am NOT the best arbiter of Asian female taste. In this department....China is HELL for me

This is VERY TRICKY..... Our first reaction will have to be to deal with our pre-programmed operating system installed when we were kids....

(1) All of China is very pretty! You can buy any size single home, but you can NOT own the land in China EVER! The land is owned by the state. You get a 70-year lease that is renewable...if one manages to live that long. 🤣 Assume you buy your house at 30, you will be 100 when your land lease is up for automatic renewal.😉

(2) Here is the CAVEAT though... There is NO way the Chinese government or anyone for that matter that can SEIZE your home and make you homeless.
There are NO property taxes.
You can NEVER become a "SLAVE" of your home or the bank!
Some of the "less intelligent Western Chinese graduates, those who couldn't pass the GaoKao, with the help of the chosen people & other Westerners" have tried to start property taxes in some cities but have been met with FATAL VIOLENCE by the population and most of them had to flee China to seek refuge overseas. 🤣

So, if you want to own land, China is NOT for people who have the need to OWN land. As I mentioned before, China is very different than the West. I've been coming here for decades, and have lived here now continuously for the past two years (and three years during COVID) and China STILL shocks and surprises me every.single.day , but for whatever reason I like the challenge of the unknown.😉

(3) The policy slogan in China is:


“房子是用来住的，不是用来炒的.”


Literal translation:

“Houses are for living in, not for speculation.”

The state is actively engaged in: Rent price controls to forcibly bring them down. House purchases prices are forcibly coming down, too.
Therefore, people in China with lots of CAPITAL, who prefer to use it for rent-seeking purposes, opt to "flee" to the West where they can use that capital to extract "rent" from others. Almost every month there is one billionaire who hallucinates he is Epstein and that his "wealth" and "political connections" are an antidote to execution
