What is the best way to provide a simple link for one person to pay another person via PayPal using their email address?
This is on a web site where users might send PayPal to other users -- the site is just making it easier to do so for them -- and therefore just wants to provide a simply "You can pay this user via PayPal by clicking here" sort of link.
Is the above still the way to do that? Or is there something better? Some of these users want to mark it as a "gift" under the new payment rules. I'm not sure that can be done using the above link. Can it be done some other way?
