Anyone knows if there is any problems receiving USD payments to leupay account?

I had some money sent to my usd iban 2 weeks ago and not received, i emailed support 3 days ago and no response from them.

The sender have a bank account in USA?

leupay has troubles with their USD accounts use euro if you can!
