Leupay Question on Certificate of Actual Status

Hey Folks,

Quick question on Leupay.

They seem to require what they call a Certificate of Actual Status. I'm assuming this is the Certificate of Incumbency because thats what it sounds like.

Now to obtaint hat for my belize company...there are two options.
1. Certificate from the Belize Registry - most expensive option
2. Certificate from my Registered Agent in Belize

I'm just wondering if anyone knows if they will accept a certified certificate of incumbency from my registered Agent in Belize rather than the actual corporate registry?

Anyone have any ides?

they will accept it. Actually it's the same cert you may get one way or the other.
