Let's discuss merchant account for high risk payment processing!

I would like to participate in this thread and have a few questions about the process you have been through so far.

Beside the questions already asked by another user, I would like to know what the reasons are why they decline your application if they do and if they give you a reason, I know, most often they don't.

I have an e-learning platform with 600 currently active students. My business is considered medium risk by the local bank providing card payments to our business.

I'm interested to find alternative payment services for our business that is why I joining the thread.

Hello friends, I am busy with my business, so it takes some time for me to respond to you here or to follow up on the threads.

I sell SAAS - that is, software that people pay to use, which is categorized as high risk by all payment processors because it is sold alongside Blackhat tools.

Nonetheless, we are integrating with Instabill and Verotel, which exceptionally allow us to operate with them for a higher fee. We do not expect Nochex to significantly increase sales, but we are including it as a trial. Fibonatix referred us to some payment processor that they wouldn't disclose; we paid them 500 euros for it, but even the API documentation is blank for names! We are not proceeding with them.

Now I have made contact with someone from the forum who referred us to Arkpay. See below; they seem to be what we are looking for, and if we get approved there, we will go with them as well.

I will update here as we progress. JohnLocke referred me to eMerchantPay, which they used at one point. They have also approved us, and you can find them in the resource database if you can't find them via Google. They seem very professional and respond quickly.

I have spoken with PAAY, which is primarily a 3DS provider but has a broad network with high-risk and regular PSPs. They are quite eager to bring in new customers, so I thought it might be interesting for someone to try them out.

They require phone calls, etc., to review your business.
