Legalzoom Review ? Has anybody use it ?

For long term and clean business...I find Legalzoom quite appealing..as they provide trademark registration and other Legal/tax help to run your business smoothly..
What are your thought on this ?
I find LegalZoom to be a sound choice for long-term business for several reasons. as they are a publicly listed company, which means that they are subject to rigorous financial and legal oversight.
This gives me confidence that they are a reputable and trustworthy company. way better choice than some startup type services.....
