We are seeking to obtain Legal Opinions, valid on our target markets, being Germany, Italy, Spain, France, the Netherlands and Poland, since the acquiring bank, we are eager to work with, has requested this document that would evaluate our project's compliance with relevant regulations of these countries, provide guidance on potential legal hurdles and prove legitimacy of our activity in each of the target countries jurisdictions.
Anyone here can assist us in getting one? I'd be very grateful for any information

Normally, you'd get something like that done by a local lawyer who can review your business.

That's what we've done here at OCT for this business.

But you can probably find someone else who can handle it as well.

It's also best to use a local lawyer for obvious reasons they don't throw up too many walls for commerce but the legal opinion still does its job

Hello, since it's Crypto Exchanger, are the legal opinion by any means related to the MICA regulations? if so, depends on the scope of your businesses and the services you are providing, and if you fall under "CASP", you may need a CASP authorization from the EU country your exchange is registered in, as well as a white Paper about the project, offering, technology, risks, and environmental impact! alongside other documents.

but as @Sols webshield is more than sufficient. but imo, crystalintelligence is a better alternative, (they did great with my buddies at change now), albeit they are a tad expensive.

I don't know what kind of legal opinions you're getting from some online service. Sure, it's possible that some banks or payment processors accept them, but a real legal opinion means you've gone through every angle of the business and had it checked with the relevant authorities.

You can't rely on a statement or some document from a lawyer that's based solely on their word, without any background checks, verification with authorities, or even involvement from an accountant.

So you can call it a legal opinion if you want, but to me, it's a worthless piece of paper that I'd use to wipe with after going to the bathroom, unless it meets the standards I mentioned above.
